Testimonials
“The Pastoral Intelligence Cohort experience was truly transformational. Integrating the book, peer interaction, and guided coaching creates a powerful space for reflection, growth, and renewal. It has helped me pursue a deeper understanding of the experiences and influences that have shaped my leadership—and, more importantly, invited me to allow God to reshape me through the lens of His truth. This cohort isn’t just about leadership development; it’s soul work—a journey of self-discovery in deep partnership with God, where He lovingly reveals, refines, and restores.” – Rev Deveraux Hubbard, Senior Pastor
“This cohort was very valuable to help me understand and apply the concepts of Pastoral Intelligence to my ministry. By working our way from the “classroom” to the “lab” I was challenged to apply these concepts to my real-life ministry case studies. The feedback I received from leaders and participants provided insights into my past interactions and gave me the skills to incorporate PI principles into my ministry moving forward.” Senior Pastor
Having just completed my first year as a minister, I am equipped to speak of the pressures for which I was ill-equipped to manage through my professional education. Dr. Graham’s approach has challenged me to address the emotional issues that influence both the personal and professional spheres of my life and those in the congregation that I serve. – Youth Pastor
Seminaries do not adequately prepare students to handle the emotional stresses that come from working every day in ministry. Dr. Graham’s process serves to help us as ministers, regardless of denomination or theological belief, to manage our own emotions so that we do not burn out as so many do, but rather we may be able to stay in ministry over the course of our careers. - Associate Pastor
